Job Description
KRA is seeking an experienced ICT System Administrator and Support Officer to manage, support, and maintain its Staff Scheme ICT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure secure, efficient, and reliable ICT operations while providing technical support to staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide day-to-day ICT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, user accounts, printers, and other ICT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the Scheme's ICT systems, networks, databases, and website to ensure reliability and security.
- Support implementation of information security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and repairs in liaison with service providers where necessary.
- Provide support in management of the Scheme's website and social media platforms, including content updates and basic digital support services.
- Assist in generating ICT reports and tracking system performance and user support requests.
- Support user access management and ensure compliance with approved ICT security procedures.
- Maintain proper ICT documentation, inventory records, and asset registers.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers on ICT support, maintenance, and system improvements.
- Support business continuity and operational efficiency through effective ICT service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of Four (4) years' experience in ICT support, systems administration, or a related role.
Added Advantage
