Every plan includes an AI allowance. Free gets a one-time starter allowance when you finish onboarding. Standard and Pro refill every month, also on annual billing, and unused allowance rolls over. Members on Standard or Pro can apply. We review your background, you take a short online test, and our team assigns your Career Mentor badge. After serving clients as a Mentor, you can grow to Career Coach and then Career Expert, and earn from each paid engagement.
