Return & Refund Policy

AscendurePro is a fully digital platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan or download.

1. Overview & Scope

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on AscendurePro at ascendurepro.com. It applies to all users, members, and purchasers of any digital product, subscription plan, or downloadable resource offered through our platform.

By completing any purchase on AscendurePro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

This Policy is subject to change at AscendurePro’s sole discretion. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.


2. Nature of Our Products

All products and services offered by AscendurePro are entirely digital. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Subscription Plans (Free, Starter, Standard, Pro)
  • AI-powered Career Tools
  • Career Playbooks
  • Editable Trackers
  • Planners & Templates
  • Career Roadmap Builders
  • Resume & Cover Letter Builders
  • Digital Downloads (PDF, DOCX)

Because all products are delivered instantly and electronically upon purchase, they are inherently non-returnable in the traditional sense. Access to platform features is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. These characteristics inform all of the conditions set out in this Policy.


3. Subscription Plan Cancellations

AscendurePro offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Standard, and Pro) on monthly or annual billing cycles. Each plan grants immediate access to the platform’s tools and features upon purchase.

To be eligible for a plan cancellation and potential refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of the date your plan was purchased. Requests made after this window will not be considered under any circumstances.

Important — Transaction Costs: All transaction and processing fees incurred during the original purchase and/or during any refund process are the sole responsibility of the subscriber. These costs will be deducted from any approved refund amount before disbursement.

AscendurePro reserves the right to evaluate each cancellation request individually and to make the final determination on the refund amount, which may be a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund will be approved or that it will be for the full purchase amount.


4. How to Request a Refund (Plans)

All refund requests for subscription plans must be initiated in writing. Verbal requests, social media messages, and informal communications will not be accepted.

Step 1 — Submit a Written Request Write to us via our Contact page. Your message must clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation and refund of your subscription.

Step 2 — State Your Reasons Your written request must include a clear, honest explanation of why you are requesting the cancellation. Incomplete or reason-free requests will not be considered.

Step 3 — Include Your Purchase Details Provide your registered email address, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and your order or transaction reference number.

Step 4 — Await Our Decision We will review your application and respond within 30 calendar days from the date your request is received. Our decision on the refund — including the amount — is final and binding.

Step 5 — Refund Disbursement (if Approved) If your request is approved, the refund will be processed exclusively through the same payment channel used at the time of purchase. No alternative payment methods will be offered.


5. Downloadable Products & Resources

AscendurePro’s digital shop offers one-time purchase downloads, including career playbooks, trackers, planners, templates, and checklists. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, these products are not ordinarily eligible for a refund.

Strict Standard Applies: Refunds on downloadable products will only be entertained in exceptional circumstances where you can provide proof beyond reasonable doubt that a refund is genuinely warranted. Dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or accidental purchase alone does not meet this standard.

In the rare event that you believe you have grounds for a refund on a downloaded product, the following process applies:

Step 1 — Submit a Detailed Written Request Write to us formally, providing a thorough explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted, along with any supporting evidence or documentation.

Step 2 — Assessment by AscendurePro We will review your submission. If we determine your reasons to be valid and substantiated, we may — at our sole discretion — initiate a refund process. Initiating the review does not constitute a commitment to issue a refund.

Step 3 — Access Revocation Should a refund be approved, your access to the downloaded resource will be immediately and permanently disabled. You agree to cease all use of the resource and delete all copies in your possession.

Step 4 — Partial Refund — Up to 30% of Original Cost An approved refund on a downloadable product will not exceed 30% of the original purchase price. Transaction costs, payment processing fees, and any other incidental costs are excluded from the refundable amount. The final figure is at AscendurePro’s discretion.

Step 5 — Review Timeline The entire process, from submission to disbursement, will not exceed 30 calendar days from the date your request is received.

Right to Withhold Refund — Abuse Prevention: AscendurePro explicitly reserves the right to decline any refund request on downloadable products, even where some grounds exist, in order to protect the integrity of our platform and prevent abuse of this policy. We may exercise this right at any time, without obligation to provide further justification.


6. Refund Payment Channel

All approved refunds — whether for subscription plans or downloadable products — are processed exclusively through the same payment channel used at the time of the original purchase. This applies without exception.

AscendurePro will not issue refunds via bank transfer, mobile money, gift cards, platform credits, or any other alternative channel unless the original payment method is no longer available, in which case we will contact you to agree on an appropriate alternative at our discretion.

Processing timelines vary by payment provider and are outside AscendurePro’s control. Please allow 5–14 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval, in addition to our internal review period.


7. Final Authority & Discretion

AscendurePro reserves the final and sole right to make determinations on all refund applications, including but not limited to:

  • Whether a refund is warranted
  • The amount of any refund awarded
  • Whether to approve or decline any request
  • Deductions for transaction and processing costs
  • The timeline for processing
  • Abuse prevention measures

Our decisions are final and are not subject to further internal appeal once communicated. Submitting a refund request does not pause, suspend, or cancel your subscription unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.


8. No Physical Goods & No Shipping

AscendurePro does not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. All products are delivered exclusively online and electronically. There is no shipping, no delivery address required, no logistics partner involved, and no physical return process applicable to any purchase made on AscendurePro.

Any policy references to “returns” pertain solely to access revocation and digital refund processes as described in this Policy.

You will never be asked to return or ship any product to AscendurePro. Any communication purporting to require physical returns is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.


9. Contact & Refund Submissions

All refund requests, cancellation applications, and policy queries must be submitted in writing. We do not accept verbal or informal requests.
