Job Description

A healthcare employer in Frankfurt, Germany, is seeking 5 ER Nurses to provide emergency care in a high-volume emergency department.

This opportunity is suited to Registered Nurses with emergency room or critical care experience who can work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.

As an ER Nurse, you will help assess, triage, and stabilise patients arriving with urgent and emergency medical needs.

You will work alongside emergency physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide timely, safe, and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and assess emergency patients.
• Provide immediate nursing care based on patient needs.
• Monitor patients and identify changes in their condition.
• Support the stabilisation and treatment of emergency patients.
• Work closely with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond effectively in a high-volume emergency environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow patient-safety and professional nursing standards.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification with ER or critical care exposure.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• B1/B2 German language certification.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: €35,640–€37,260 per year.
