We typically start at 25–50 seats. For smaller teams, Pro accounts per individual is usually more cost-effective.
Can we white-label the platform?
Limited white-labeling is available — your logo on generated documents, custom email-from name, custom welcome flow. Full reseller arrangements are negotiated separately.
Do you offer government / non-profit pricing?
Yes. Mention it on the discovery call.
What’s your data-residency policy?
Default is the WordPress host’s region. For specific data-residency requirements (EU, UK, etc.), we can discuss hosting options.
Can we get an API?
The plugin already exposes a REST endpoint for member status. Full bidirectional API access is part of larger Enterprise deals.
